PGSC has over 100 teams this season. That means that over 100 people have stepped forward to coach a team, and at least that many more have offered to act as assistant coaches.

To teach commitment, determination, and fair play, as well as the technical and tactical aspects of the game, coaches must demonstrate these qualities, and plan practices that help the players develop.

It is a big responsibility to run a youth soccer team, and a time consuming commitment that is challenging both physically and mentally.

The club holds its volunteer coaches with the utmost respect and is committed to providing resources to them. The Technical Director offers several programs to this end. Follow the links below for more details.
