Use the same email address and password you use to register for the regular soccer season on the Ramp online registration system.

To all current U10, U11, U12 and U13 boys and girls coaches and parents. Attached (below)  is the current version of the  Evaluation Policies and Procedures (It includes coach selection procedure and playing up policy). Some important points:
 
* All U11 to U14 (going into these age groups next season) Evaluations are run by the Technical Director with the help and support of age group coaches and age group coordinators. U15 to U18 Evaluations are coach-driven and do not require registration like the U11 to U14 Evaluations do.

* All U11 to U14 Evaluations will use independent evaluators to ensure knowledgeable, objective player evaluations.

* All U11 to U14 Evaluations will be done on a cost-recovery basis. To that end, an Evaluation fee will be charged.

* If you wish to play recreational soccer next season, (Bronze for U11 to U14 boys and girls; except U11 girls which is Silver as there is no Bronze at that age), you do not need to register for or attend the evaluations. However, you should register for soccer early at your club so coordinators can place you on a  team. We estimate that registration for the 2010-11 season will open in late February or early March.

* A Pre-Evaluation Meeting for Coaches and Age Group Coordinators will be held on Tuesday, Feb 9th in the West Art Room at Jericho Hill Centre. Map here.

5:45pm to 6:45pm: this year's U12 and 13 coaches and age group coordinators

6:45pm to 7:45pm: this year's U10 and U11 coaches and age group coordinators

This meeting will go over what will be covered at the Evaluations and try to solidify the plan for how many teams we will enter at each level (subject to change). This will enable coaches to go back and spend some time showing their players what to expect in terms of drills and small sided games at the Evaluations. It will also let coaches see what their role at the Evaluations will be and get all questions answered. .

Warren Field (UBC) - East Mall, UBC

Varsity Field (UBC) - Wesbrook Mall, UBC

Baseball Field (UBC) - Accessed from either Wesbrook Mall or East Mall, UBC

Access to turf fields during the Olympics and Paralympics will be modified. Road closure info will be available on the PG website.

For coaches just entering divisional play at U11 it will be the first time you need to fill this out. Please fill out the form asap so we know what our coaching situation will be at each age and level next season. If you are not going to be returning to coach please let your age group coordinator know as soon as possible as it's often very difficult to find new coaches and we need as much time as possible.
