Team Manager Job / Activity Description

  • Maintains the team contact list.

  • Helps the Coach prepare and re-stock the teams First Aid Kit.

  • Make sure every parent has read Parent Guidelines - Helping Your Team

  • Determines the status of fields every Friday evening and advises Coach and players of status. Field status information.

  • Arranges team socials if desired.

  • Organizes the gift to the coach at season end.

  • Determines, in conjunction with the Coaches, the teams budget (which may include a contribution from the parents).

Team Volunteer Assistant

  • Responsible for meeting the teams volunteer requirement as assigned by the Clubs Volunteer Coordinator. This will usually be related to special events like Opening Day or Closing Day.

  • Completes Team Volunteer Form after confirming availability of parents or players for the volunteer role.

  • Answers questions regarding volunteer activity.

  • Phones volunteers just prior to each commitment to insure attendance at event or activity.
