DUTIES

Provide leadership and guidance to age group coaches and managers.

Solicit coach and manager candidates as necessary and in conjunction with the PGSC Technical Director.

Promptly forward relevant email communication from the club to age group coaches and managers.

Familiarity with Club Policies.

Familiarly with team formulation and tryout process specific to the age group to ensure teams and players are playing at the appropriate level to achieve a good balance between competitiveness and development.

Girls Divisional Age Group Coordinators:
Familiarity with the BC Coastal Girls Soccer League Official Operating Rules.

Boys Divisional Age Group Coordinators:
Familiarity with 4 District Soccer League Official Operating Rules.

Ensure that any player who desires to play for the age group is placed on team within PGSC or placed with another club (such as DSA, KSC or Douglas Park).

COMMITMENT

Expect some participation year-round. Regular participation during tryouts in March & April and league play from September to March.
