1. I will deliver and collect my child to and from practices and games on time. Otherwise I’ll make alternate arrangements.

2. I’ll ensure my child brings the proper equipment to games and practices. Basic stuff: boots, shin pads, water.

3. I will encourage my child to behave according to the spirit and laws of the game.

4. I will treat my child’s playmates, coaches, officials, opponents and spectators with respect.

5. I accept the challenge and will always give my best effort to be a role model for my child.
