Point Grey Soccer Club supports its coaches in their efforts to ensure equal opportunities for all to develop as soccer players. This means that all players, particularly in mini soccer, are assured equal playing time in all games and that developing players takes precedence over winning games. The Club urges parents to realize that good, effective coaching is not measured in wins and losses but rather in how players and teams improve technically and tactically, especially in younger age groups.
