Point Grey Soccer Club has about 100 teams for boys and girls aged 5 to 17. Micro soccer is for 5 year olds; mini soccer is for kids between the ages of 6 and 10; and divisional soccer is for 11 to 17 year olds.

For boys, competitive soccer starts at the U12 level, when tryouts are used to select players for the Gold and Silver teams. For girls, Gold and Silver divisions are formed at U12, and competitive tiered teams start at U13.
